I just happened upon this website and found a place where others like to read and talk about their books too! My hobbies that I'm very active in are reading and collecting books, watching movies, anything Phantom of the Opera, studying everything about WW2, cooking fun meals and baking great goodies!! I like quilting, sewing, gardening, genealogy, knitting, crocheting, cross stitching, muscle cars, also I like going to car shows and sports!! MLB, NFL and NBA I like to travel. I love the 4 seasons where I live...The beaches in the summertime, the beautiful colors of the leaves in the fall, the quiet and the smell of fresh fallen snow in the winter with fireplaces and fresh homemade soups and bread, and the flowers and birds and cool air of spring.
I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 34 years and we have 5 kids and 7 grandkids, I'm not old!! Age is all in your head, I'm still very active and on the go!! I've had a computer for almost 2 years now of MY OWN and boy the places I have gone and the things I have learned. I wish I had a computer when I was in school instead of looking up stuff in reference books, this is so much better!!
