Hi, everyone

I joined this site out of curiosity and I also love to read books. I am sort of on a quest of my own, nothing crazy just personal goals and achievements. This year will be my 25th year of being married, and I have several kids, the youngest being under 10, no, I'm not a dinosaur, I believe age is just a state of mind, and if you look after your body, mind, and soul then no problem. My favorite book is "The Velvet Room", read it when I was younger and have loved it ever since. One other book I enjoyed very much is "Sacajawea" because I loved her independent nature, and the contribution she made to history despite the obstacles she had to endure both as a woman, mother, and as a human being. I am reading "The Last Templar" right now, very interesting read. My favorite artwork is from Leonardo Da Vinci - The Mona Lisa. My kids pushed me into this whole internet experience a year ago, and it's been one thrill of a ride. I've discovered so much about myself in this one year of being on the internet, thanks to one particular site. Science and technology at my feet, wow! I'm glad to be a member of this community, and very excited to make it part of my quest.
